Hi, I’m Matej Lenarčič — first a partner, then a coach. At heart, I’m a romantic, with a deep love for music and dance. In my free time, I enjoy reading, meditating, and spending time in nature. In winter, you’ll find me on the ski slopes; during the rest of the year, I spend as much time as possible by the sea, which recharges my energy. And to make sure life never gets boring, I’m accompanied by my dog.

Matej Lenarčič – Coach

I provide personal coaching, professional coaching, and health coaching. In my work, I combine experience in team leadership, working within a large corporation, and managing demanding projects in high-stress environments — experience I have gained over the past ten years. These experiences taught me, in a very real and challenging way, how important it is to stay connected to ourselves, our values, and our inner direction, especially during times of pressure. This is why I chose the path of coaching — a process through which I support people in identifying their true needs, emotions, and goals, while offering them a safe and supportive space.


As a coach, I believe that every person has the ability to create a life that reflects their authentic values, desires, and inner truth. Within the coaching process, I create a relaxed and open space where individuals are welcome exactly as they are. Together, we define a goal they wish to pursue and explore how they experience themselves, their challenges, and their journey along the way. I believe that every meaningful change begins from within — first with intention, and then with awareness of what is happening inside us, how we think, and how we allow ourselves to feel.

Coaching is intended for those who seek greater stability, clarity, and inner alignment when facing life’s challenges, or who simply need compassionate support during demanding phases of life or treatment. I believe in authenticity, personal growth, and the idea that everyone deserves a space where they are truly heard. I look forward to offering this space to you as well.

Through coaching, I support clients in achieving their personal and professional goals while fostering a deeper understanding of their emotions. I believe that lasting change occurs when a goal is not only mentally clear, but also aligned with our inner experience. How we feel about a goal and the thoughts that arise around it strongly influence our motivation, persistence, and behavior. This is why I integrate emotional awareness, unconscious beliefs, and behavioral patterns into the coaching process. When we understand what drives us and what holds us back, we can connect more authentically with ourselves and pursue our goals with greater clarity, calm, and inner alignment.

My approach is holistic, focused on developing self-awareness, personal responsibility, and sustainable growth. I help clients recognize opportunities where they once saw obstacles and support them in creating lasting change in their lives. My role is not to provide answers, but to open a space through thoughtful questions, support, and a structured process, where clients can discover their own — most authentic — answers.
